Our packaging solutions can be equipped, when needed, with a variety of accessories that make handling easier, support and protect the packaged product, and give the packaging a finished appearance.
Surface treatment
Surface treatment improves the package’s resistance to weather conditions and increases its visual distinctiveness. Painting in the company’s own colors or using project-specific color coding makes shipments easier to identify at different stages of the logistics chain. At the same time, a refined and well-finished exterior strengthens the company image and provides additional protection for the plywood against moisture.
Marking
The package can be marked with all required markings for use, such as handling symbols, packing instructions, address details, or other similar identification information.
Marking the package in line with the company’s visual identity is not just a stylish finishing touch, but also underlines the quality of the packaged product.
Package handling
A fully packed package can sometimes be difficult to handle due to its shape and weight. Depending on the requirements, the package can be equipped with features such as hand openings, wheels, or separate handles to make handling easier.
Packaging for sensitive products can be equipped with various indicators that allow misuse and damage during transport to be traced.
Package locking
For packaging intended for long-term and repeated use, the service life can be extended by choosing an appropriate locking solution. For example, Just On-Steel packages are closed as standard with metal tongues, but alternative locking methods can also be used.
Packages can also be sealed for the duration of transport.
Internal components
If your product is difficult to pack, if you want to pack several products in the same package, or if the product needs strong protection and support during transport, the package can be equipped with various types of cushioning and supports.
Our range includes cushioning and packing materials from traditional solutions to custom-made cushions and supports designed to match the shape of the product.
